Hi,

is it possible to have pound answer with an html-page as with Err500 and 
the like if no backend seems to be active? If I try this situation, 
there always seems to be no answer at all, at least with firefox on 
linux.

Err503 "/usr/local/etc/pound_error.html"

in the config, but as I said, there seems to be a zero reply. And yes, 
the file is there, and is world readable.
