pound-current oddity

I've noticed that virtually every bit of traffic going through the pound
server gives these messages in /var/log/messages:

Aug 4 14:35:11 pound1 pound: copy_bin error writing: Broken pipe
Aug 4 14:35:11 pound1 pound: error copy server cont: Broken pipe

I'm assuming this isn't good. Any thoughts as to where I should look?

Also, on a (possibly?) unrelated note. Once in a while - not all the time
but pretty frequently, when browsing the website through pound the IE logo
stops twirling, the gas guage at the bottom is finished and gone, but the
page is blank. Hitting reload and the page does come up. Not sure if this is
related to the above, as I get the above messages when this doesn't happen
too.

Any thoughts?

We are using the -current downloaded on 8/9/04. The problem still occurs.

I have gone through and looked at suggestions regarding setting the Client
and Server parameters. Client is currently set to 10 and Server set to 15.
However, might I point out that there is NO ONE on the websites in question
except my one browser. They certainly are not heavily loaded with just me,
and the server clearly is responding completely in "sub-second" response
times. Any thoughts?
