Hi,

Pound logs like this, when a client uses Norton Personal Firewall:

Nov 24 13:25:44 server pound: domain.com 1.2.3.4 - - [24/Nov/2004:13:33:41
+0100] "GET /icons/folder.gif HTTP/1.1" 404 282 "" "Mozilla/4.0 (compatible;

Pound has any option to ignore this?

Thanks,

No. These are (usually) headers in non-ASCII character sets, quite often
Unicode, produced by defective clients. This has nothing to do with the
firewall - though a proxy might add such headers.

Please note that the headers are simply stripped off - the request is passed
