first of all, thank you for this great program! It helps me very
much.

I know, that there are ErrXXX options in pound, but I need fully
customized error messages (pages) not only error text. So i need
pound not to add any html code to my errfile.

So I write small patch which able me to supply complete html file
with error message.

I added HTMLErrXXX options to pound (also to man pages). It is same
as ErrXXX option, but I must supply full html file - pound will not
add any html code.

I'm only C beginner, so I don't know if my code is optimal. Please,
take a look and send me comments.
