This is to announce the release of Pound v1.8.2. This is a bug-fix interim
release.
Changes in this version:
- X-SSL-Cipher header is added only if HTTPSHeaders is non-zero
- CRL checking code (hopefully correct). The OpenSSL functions for this are
largely undocumented, so it needs some testing...
The software is at version 1.8.2 (beta quality). Further testing
(especially under heavy loads), improvements and suggestions are
welcome.

Hi Robert,
I've tried to build new 1.8.2 rpms and it fails on older distributions
because of older openssl versions. I've included attached patch to enable
build on those versions. Does it make sense to add something like this to
the Pound distribution?

Thanks for the info - indeed OpenSSL 0.9.6 versions lack the function. I added
the relevant autoconf checks and uploaded 1.8.2 again. Please give it another
try and let me know.

Thanks, it builds fine now on all of my platforms.
