Hello,
I am trying to configure pound to do the following: 

internet<--->firewall<--->pound
server<--->firewall<--->outlook web
access<--- 

Can someone point me to a config file that does this?  I will hopefully be
talking on 443 (https) from the internet all the way through the OWA server,
and I have my cert's already located in /etc/pound.\

this is what pound can give you:

internet(https)<-->firewall(https)<-->pound(https->http)<-- 
 >firewall(http)<-->webserver(http)

which means the browser will talk https to pound, and pound will pass  
http requests to the (outlook web access) web server.

i this what you want/expect?
