which part are you having problems with? the relevant parts of the 
pound config could look something like:

ListenHTTPS 192.168.0.1,443 /etc/cert.pem

UrlGroup ".*"
HeadRequire Host "outlook\.web\.access\.inside.*"
BackEnd 192.168.0.2,80,1
EndGroup

although the HeadRequire statement may not be required. all this is 
documented, so what configurations have you tried? or what doesn't 
work?
