I was investigating this problem...
I am using Firefox 1.0.2, I was installed the
liveHTTPHeaders, a plugin to view the http headers
that the browser send and receive.
I can see a Keep-ALive header with a 300 value, that
the browser sends to pound.
I log into the web server via Pound ( POund is the
https frontend for a zope server ) and I do a pause
for a 300 seconds. After this pause I try to navigate
into the web browser, but the browser don't send any
header ( I think that the browser thinks that it is
connected ) and it shows an error message.
Nothing appears of this try of connection in the log
of pound. ( I think that this is a logic procedure,
None http headers is sent).
In IE6, after a pause of 300 seconds, it continues
working.
Is this behaviour a pound bug or a browser bug ?
Can it be a protocol related problem ?
Thanks.
