Pound has been doing a terrific job of load balancing and HA for our LAMP-powered corporate web sites. My hat off to Robert and everyone else who’s contributed.

We do seem to be having one issue, though. We have a promotional corporate video on one of our sites that’s about 10Mbytes. It would appear that quite often there seems to be issues retrieving this file through Pound, resulting in playback errors.

I’m about to increase the Client timeout setting – anyone got any other ideas where to look for this issue or what to try tuning? We’re using the 1.90 codebase as I had problems getting 1.91 to compile on SuSE SLES 9 on EMT64.
