This is to announce the release of Pound v2.0b6. Changes in this
version:

- fixed (hopefully!) the problems with session tracking. These were due
to multiple semaphore locking.

- added a new session type: HEADER. This allows you to track sessions
based on the value of a given header, as previously discussed on this
list.

The software is at version 2.0b6 (beta-ish quality). A lot of testing
(especially under heavy loads and complex configurations) is still
required - please send us your feedback. Bug reports are of particular
importance; let's try to make a 2.0 release as clean as possible!

Reports that the program works as expected are just as important. Please
let us know.[...]

You need to update the documentation to reflect the new session type:
HEADER.
Performance results are coming soon, we are working on that, against
version 1.9.6 and maybe this one also 2.0 beta6 which will turn into 2.0
final.

I was talking about the README.TXT file that comes with the .tgz file.
We are doing the tests right now against 2.0b6 in a real production
scenario :)
