Any chance of pound adding RFC 2817 support

Apache 2.2 supports this as does firefox. While for things like
eCommerce we need to use old style SSL connections it would be nice to
offer TLS upgrade to clients that support if for our web applications

We were not planning on it right away, but if you contribute the code we
would be happy to consider it. I suspect longer term we'll add support
