would it make sense to have a way to set a default value to something 
other than 15 seconds.  On our site, we feel 15 seconds is too short, so 
for every BackEnd server, I set a higher timeout.  In total I have 40 
BackEnd directives in pound.cfg (we have bunch of different service 
directives), so I have 40 TimeOuts (most with the same value).  It would 
be great if I can define my own global default TimeOut (I believe 
version 1.10 had something global), and then allow each BackEnd call to 
overwrite it (if needed).
