Rewrite for HTTPS listener / "Eric dai" <daibaoming@gmail.com>

Hi , 
    As I see ,the  rewrite Location and RewriteDestination  are subitem of 
HTTP Listener
But I want  use a Https  Listener ,and can not find a  rewrite Location and
RewriteDestination  ,how to process it 

for exmples ,I use pound as a ssl proxy to backend server ( http://192.168.1.1:8080) 
I need rewrite the link http://192.168.1.1:8080/admin.php 
to https://192.168.1.1 /admin.php

I just only need Https service so I do not setup the Http Listerner ,But  I
will loss rewrite Location and RewriteDestination  param without HTTP Listener.
