This is to announce the release of Pound v2.2.4. Changes in this version
(since 2.2.3):

Enhancements:
  - modular tree library
  - consolidated all timed functions into a single thread
  - added gethostbyname cache
  - added LogLevel 5 - same as 4 but with service name and back-end
    information (thanks to Joe Gooch for the suggestion)
  - added session creation and removal to poundctl

Bug fixes:
  - added LOG_NDELAY to openlog()
  - accept and immediately close connections to disabled listeners
    (thanks again to Joe Gooch for the suggestion)
  - fixed problem with -1 values in poundctl

The software is at version 2.2.4 (beta quality). Further testing

This is to announce the release of Pound v2.2.4. This is strictly a
bug-fix release. A problem was discovered in the session-handling code
in 2.2.4 (the infamous "Address family not supported by protocol"
message). This release fixes the problem.
