Hi,

We have succesfully tested POUND and intend to use it for reverse
proxying towards our webserver.
We are now thinking about the OS to install POUND in. Sofar we have been
using a full installation of Suse Linux10 Enterprise.

We like to have a well protected, small and easy to maintain OS.
Also if possible, we like to have a cdrom-bootable distribution
(OS+POUND-config), so that the proxy-machine can start from cdrom
instead of from disk.

Does anyone have suggestions for an easy to maintain tiny secure OS
and/or for a cdrom-bootable version?
