More than one IP in X-Forwarded-For

Hello,

We're running pound version 2.2.6 on Debian Etch (stable). Once in a while
(less than once a month) we get an unusual X-Forwarded-For header that
contains more than one IP. Usually the IPs are the same, but in one example
there was a client IP and 127.0.0.1 as the second IP. I'm not sure if it's
a bug or not, but I thought it was unusual and thought I'd throw it out
there.

This is a feature as surprising as that may seem.

Whenever a request passes through a proxy, the proxy is supposed to ADD the
original IP address to the X-Forwarded-For header.

If somebody is running a proxy on their local box, then the original address
could be localhost.

Multiple levels of proxy can result in multiple addresses here.
