I've always thought these are just a marketing segmentation technique,
i.e. if the customer is dumb enough to pay more they inevitably will.

But I have a customer who wants to use one with pound, and looking at 
the verisign site you get two certs... one intermediate CA and one 
standard..
Has anyone played with these in pound before?
