This is to announce the release of Pound v2.4d. Changes in this
version:

Enhancements:

  - moved to GPLv3
  - now using lh_hash for the session tables

Bug fixes:

  - allow case-sensitive matching for URLs
  - fixed memory leak in DNS searches

The software is at version 2.4d (beta quality). Further testing
(especially under heavy loads), improvements and suggestions are
