I want to add a header using the AddHeader directive. But placing it in 
the ListenHTTP section causes Pound to say:

  26/Sep/2007 12:03:29 +0100: line 24: unknown directive "    AddHeader 
"Back-Pound-Id: 1"" - aborted

According the the pound man page, AddHeader is only for ListenHTTPS 
sections. Is it not available for ListenHTTP? If not, is there a good 
reason for this?
Is there any other way to add a header to a plain HTTP listener?
