I found an Archive that Jean-Francois wrote on 2007-04-19 subject
"Chroot jail libs".

But I checked the path /var/run/chroot/pound/lib, there is no path and
directory?

 

Where should I get the file or package of libgcc_s.so.1?

How do you remove the JailRoot (chroot jail) configuration in Pound?

BTW, both of 2 load balancer are running CentOS 4.5 and all packages are
installed in both systems.
I can find those files under /lib as following:
# ls -l /lib/libnss_dns*
-rwxr-xr-x  1 root root 22516 May  2  2007 /lib/libnss_dns-2.3.4.so
lrwxrwxrwx  1 root root    16 Sep 11 17:14 /lib/libnss_dns.so.1 ->
libnss1_dns.so.1

# ls -l /lib/libgcc*

lrwxrwxrwx  1 root root    28 Sep 11 17:14 /lib/libgcc_s.so.1 ->

Should I copy those fild into /var/run/chroot/pound/lib directory and
hope it will work?
