Pound doesn't appear to support using multiple AddHeader directives per 
HTTPS listener.  Is this by design?

I am trying to proxy OWA which requires the Front-End-Https header and a 
Ruby on Rails app which requires X-Forwarded-Proto.  Only the last 
AddHeader line in the listener appears to be used and I don't know how 
to make pound add both headers.  Is it possible this feature could be 
added or could someone let me know what I'm doing wrong.
