Think better using Virtual PC or VMServer 2.0 (both free).
Take ISO from
http://www.targeted.org/secure-cd.html
Modify the ISO for your needs and run into a virtual marchine.

I'm Sunil Singhal. I need your help to generate/install POUND, Load Balancer
through Cygwin on Windows machine.
I'm using cygwin-1.5, installed every package available. I took the latest
Pound tar package with version Pound-2.4.4.tar.bz2 from www.apsis.com/pound.
Using:
Cygwin-1.5
Pound-2.4.4.tar.bz2
