Am Using pound 2.4.5 stable version. I am getting an issue as shown below

MONITOR: worker exited on signal 6, restarting...

MONITOR: worker exited on signal 11, restarting...
*
These two messages are coming repeatedly in my log file. Kindly do help me
wat to do to get rid of this warning messages.
