DynScale usage?

Hi,

In regards to 'DynScale 1'. Would it be the health checks or the average
response time for any/all request(s) to backends that DynScale function take
into consideration when calculating the priority?
The health check only seem to check if the port is open by a three-way
handshake, is that correct?

Perhaps the best way to determine the response time of any given backend
would be to request a custom url, /index.jsp, perhaps a .jpg if a static
service etc.
Would you not agree?
