poundctl -c <socket> "-L/-l" & "-S/-s" not writing changes to log file

Hi all,

Not a big deal, but I noticed when Enabling/Disabling a listener or service the
change is not reflected in the logfile. I don't think this is expected because
when one Enable/Disable a BackEnd it is reflected in the log file. The
functionality is inconsistent, but I guess one should always rely on "poundctl
-c <socket>" for the state of Pound. The logging would just be nice
incase another Administrator is making ninja changes and you want to see when
things were changed. Thoughts?

~$ pound -V
Version 2.5
"""

Thanks,
Chris Morrow

P.S - I didn't test -N/-n.
